·    2015 年 7 月 15 日，北京奥云峰机电工程有限公司正式成立，注册资金 1588 万元，注册地址位于北京市大兴区西红门镇，标志着公司正式踏入机电工程领域，开启了集中央空调系统工程设计、销售、安装、清洗、维护及技术服务于一体的经营之路。

·    2016 年，公司积极拓展业务，凭借专业的技术能力和服务意识，成功达成多项合作。10 月，与广东省华侨建筑装饰有限公司北京分公司签订金树街 F4 公寓底商污水系统（隔油间二）改造通风工程合同；7 月，为北京四中房山分校提供通风系统抢修、污水泵抢修、地源热泵维修、太阳能系统维修等多项抗洪救灾相关服务，展现了公司应对紧急工程任务的能力；同年 10 月，与北京政法职业学院达成合作，承接大兴校区太阳能系统防冻液加注及多联机空调维修工程，为校园机电设备正常运行提供保障。

      On July 15, 2015, Beijing Aoyongfeng Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. was officially established, with a registered capital of 15.88 million yuan. Its registered address is located in Shihuangmen Town, Daxing District, Beijing. This marked the company's official entry into the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, and it initiated a business path integrating the design, sales, installation, cleaning, maintenance and technical services of central air conditioning system projects. 
In 2016, the company actively expanded its business. With its professional technical capabilities and service awareness, it successfully achieved several collaborations. In October, it signed a contract with the Beijing Branch of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. for the renovation of the ventilation system of the basement of Jinshu Street F4 Apartment (septic tank II) for sewage treatment; in July, it provided a variety of services related to flood control and disaster relief, such as emergency repair of ventilation systems, emergency repair of sewage pumps, maintenance of ground source heat pumps, and maintenance of solar systems, demonstrating the company's ability to handle urgent engineering tasks; in October of the same year, it reached a cooperation agreement with Beijing Political and Legal Vocational College and undertook the project of adding antifreeze fluid for the solar system and repairing multi-split air conditioners in the Daxing Campus, providing a guarantee for the normal operation of the campus' electrical and mechanical equipment.

·     2017 年，公司业务持续拓展，合作范围不断扩大。5 月，与北京建工远大建设工程有限公司合作，为北京建筑大学新校区教工学生食堂工程提供 14 台新风机组维修保养服务；8 月，继续为北京四中房山分校提供地源热泵空调系统恢复、太阳能热水系统抢修恢复、雨水收集系统恢复等抢险救灾及恢复工程服务；9 月，为北京政法职业学院大兴校区更换变频器，3 月更换水箱自洁器，5 月进行太阳能系统维修，形成了稳定的校园客户合作关系。

·    2018 年，公司在多个领域取得业务突破。7 月，与中国科学院空间应用工程与技术中心合作，承接环模与专业试验楼项目零星工程；8 月，为北京方恒第一太平物业管理有限公司完成望京方恒时代地下配电室空调改造工程；同年，多次与北京政法职业学院合作，开展太阳能集热管更换、太阳能系统维修、冷却塔维修等项目，同时业务逐步延伸至家用及商用制冷空调设备维修安装等领域，积累了丰富的项目经验。

      In 2017, the company's business continued to expand and the scope of cooperation continued to broaden. In May, it collaborated with Beijing Jian Gong Yuan Da Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. to provide maintenance services for 14 fresh air units for the staff and student cafeteria project of Beijing University of Architecture and Technology; in August, it continued to provide emergency rescue and restoration services for the ground source heat pump air conditioning system, solar hot water system repair and restoration, and rainwater collection system restoration for Beijing Sishikou Middle School in Fangshan District; in September, it replaced the frequency converters at the Daxing campus of Beijing Political and Legal Vocational College, and replaced the water tank self-cleaning devices in March; in May, it carried out maintenance of the solar system. This formed a stable campus customer cooperation relationship. 
In 2018, the company achieved significant business breakthroughs in multiple fields. In July, it collaborated with the Space Application Engineering and Technology Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to undertake the sporadic projects of the ring model and professional test building; in August, it completed the air conditioning renovation project of the underground power distribution room of Fangheng Time Square in Wangjing for Beijing Fangheng First太平 Property Management Co.， Ltd.； in the same year， it cooperated with Beijing Law and Political Vocational College multiple times to carry out projects such as replacement of solar heat collection tubes， maintenance of solar systems， and maintenance of cooling towers， and its business gradually expanded to areas such as repair and installation of household and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment， accumulating rich project experience.

2019 年，公司业务规模进一步扩大，合作客户涵盖药厂、博物馆、企业等多个类型。9月，为北京协和药厂提供 5# 楼多联机空调供货及安装服务，6月承接 7#、9# 楼改造多联机空调安装工程，3 月为沧州分厂完成多联机空调安装工程，建立了长期稳定的合作关系；5月，为首都博物馆提供冷却塔电伴热维修服务；10月，承接嘉悦广场地下一层慕尼黑综合展厅中央空调与新风项目，业务能力得到市场广泛认可。

2020 年，公司积极参与重大项目建设，业务领域持续拓展。4月，为北京城市副中心行政办公区信访中心项目提供镀锌水箱，为门头沟区永定镇相关住宅楼项目提供消防水箱、水泵；8 月至 10 月，参与国家体育馆 2022 冬奥改建项目，承接主馆多联机安装、机房专用空调安装、主馆三层多联机空调安装等多项工程，彰显了公司在大型赛事场馆机电工程领域的实力；8 月，与北京航天长征飞行器研究所合作，承接研发设计试验大楼虹吸雨水工程和太阳能安装工程；同年，还为中铁电气化局集团、德州亚太集团有限公司等提供相关产品及服务。

In 2019, the company's business scale further expanded, and its cooperative clients included pharmaceutical factories, museums, enterprises and other types. In September, it provided supply and installation services for multi-split air conditioners in Building 5 of Beijing Union Pharmaceutical Factory. In June, it undertook the installation project of multi-split air conditioners for Buildings 7 and 9. In March, it completed the installation project of multi-split air conditioners for the Cangzhou Branch Factory, establishing a long-term and stable cooperative relationship. In May, it provided maintenance services for cooling tower electric heating for the Capital Museum. In October, it undertook the central air conditioning and fresh air project for the Munich Comprehensive Exhibition Hall on the underground floor of Jiaoyue Square. Its business capabilities were widely recognized by the market. 
In 2020, the company actively participated in major project construction and continuously expanded its business scope. In April, it provided galvanized water tanks for the信访 center project of the administrative office area of Beijing's urban sub-center, and provided fire-fighting water tanks and water pumps for the relevant residential buildings in Yongding Town, Mentougou District. From August to October, it participated in the renovation project of the National Gymnasium for the 2022 Winter Olympics and undertook a number of projects such as the installation of multi-split air conditioners in the main building, the installation of special air conditioners in the machine room, and the installation of multi-split air conditioners on the third floor of the main building, demonstrating the company's strength in the mechanical and electrical engineering of large-scale sports venues. In August, it collaborated with Beijing Aerospace-Changzheng Aerospace Research Institute to undertake the siphon rainwater engineering and solar installation project of the research and development test building. In the same year， it also provided related products and services to China Railway Electrification Bureau Group and Dezhou Asia-Pacific Group Co.， Ltd.， etc.

·    2021 年，公司资质建设取得重要成果，同时业务持续高速发展。5 月，为北京协和药厂提供防爆分体空调，10 月承接 5# 楼二层办公室新增多联机空调安装及供货工程、空压机附属排风管供货安装工程；7 月，深度参与国家体育馆 2022 冬奥改建项目，完成创意餐厅多联机空调安装、主馆 B1 层多联机空调安装及原多联机系统空调维修调试等工作；同年，还承接了东望 0098/0097/0095 地块锅炉房及换热站通风分项安装工程、王小卤空调改造工程、亚运新新家园相关家用中央空调与新风项目等，业务涵盖公共建筑、企业厂房、民用住宅等多个场景。

·    2022 年，公司资质体系进一步完善，通过 ISO9001 质量管理体系认证、ISO14001 环境管理体系认证、OHSAS18001 职业健康安全管理体系认证，为公司规范化运营提供有力支撑。3 月，与南通建工集团股份有限公司合作，承接丰台区长辛店镇张郭庄村集体土地租赁住房工程项目通风工程专业分包；8 月，为北京建工集团有限公司提供西城区大栅栏煤市街相关地块防尘天幕专业分包服务；9 月，承接中国科学院电工研究所 1 号楼修缮改造项目（一期）通风空调工程相关作业，以及方恒时代中心 2 号楼 107、108 室银行电力增容及空调改造工程；10 月，与中建一局集团第二建筑有限公司合作，承接中国人民大学通州新校区北区学生宿舍二期及食堂项目 - VRV 多联机专业分包，与南通建工集团股份有限公司合作承接石景山区首钢园区相关地块通风工程专业分包，业务覆盖知名高校、大型园区等重要项目。

      In 2021, the company achieved significant progress in its qualification building efforts, while its business continued to grow rapidly. In May, it provided explosion-proof split air conditioners to Beijing Huaxie Pharmaceutical Factory. In October, it undertook the installation and supply project of new multi-split air conditioners for the second floor office of Building 5, as well as the supply and installation project of the auxiliary exhaust ducts for the air compressors. In July, it deeply participated in the renovation project of the National Stadium for the 2022 Winter Olympics, completing the installation of multi-split air conditioners for the creative restaurant, the installation of multi-split air conditioners on the B1 floor of the main building, and the maintenance and debugging of the original multi-split air conditioning system. In the same year, it also undertook the ventilation sub-project installation of the boiler rooms and heat exchange stations in the East Wang 0098/0097/0095 blocks, the air conditioning renovation project of Wang Xiaolu, and the related household central air conditioning and fresh air projects for the New New Home of the Asian Games. The business covered multiple scenarios such as public buildings, enterprise factories, and residential houses. 
In 2022, the company's qualification system was further improved, obtaining certifications for the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system, providing strong support for the company's standardized operations. In March, it collaborated with Nantong Jian Gong Group Co., Ltd. to undertake the ventilation engineering subcontract for the collective land rental housing project in Zhangguojiang Village, Changxindian Town, Fengtai District; in August, it provided professional subcontracting services for dust prevention canopies related to the plots in Dazhaolane Coal Market Street in Chaoyang District for Beijing Jian Gong Group Co., Ltd.; in September, it undertook the ventilation and air conditioning project related work for Building No. 1 of the China Academy of Electrical Engineering Institute (Phase I), as well as the power capacity expansion and air conditioning renovation projects for Rooms 107 and 108 of Fangheng Times Center Building No. 2; in October, it collaborated with China Construction First Bureau Group Second Construction Co., Ltd. to undertake the VRV multi-split air conditioning professional subcontract for the student dormitory and cafeteria project of the North Area of the People's University of China in Tongzhou New Campus, and collaborated with Nantong Jian Gong Group Co., Ltd. to undertake the ventilation project subcontract for the relevant plots in the Shijingshan Park Area. The business covers important projects such as renowned universities and large parks.

      In 2023, the company's business expanded in multiple directions, and its cooperative clients covered various industries. From April to August, the company provided multiple services for Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory, including renovation of fresh air supply systems, procurement of multi-split air conditioners, elevator room air conditioning projects, roof duct renovation, installation of steel structure platforms and water systems, procurement of air conditioning humidifiers, renovation of compressed air pipelines, and repair of process pipelines. The depth of cooperation continued to deepen. In May, it provided maintenance and service for laboratory environmental control equipment for the Beijing Anti-Drug Science and Technology Center. In August, it collaborated with the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Drug Research Institute to undertake the installation project of multi-split air conditioners in Laboratory 3102. In September, it provided ventilation engineering services for Xuzhou Benuo Technology Industrial Park (Phase II) for China Railway Electrification Bureau Group Co., Ltd. In the same year, the company also undertook projects such as full-house custom procurement and installation of mechanical and electrical systems for high-end villas, air conditioning equipment procurement and installation for the North Science Building renovation project, and supply of deformation joints and cover plates for related plots in the Dafangang District. The business scope continued to expand. In January, it provided vacuum technology research and development laboratory filter cartridge replacement services for Zhongke Keyi Co., Ltd. and multi-split equipment installation services for the Cangzhou Branch of Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory; in February, it undertook the ventilation facility renovation project for the chemical storage room of Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory; in March, it provided cable capacity expansion construction services for the Institute of Integrated Circuits of Peking University and maintenance services for the air energy heat pump units of the lighting system for the China Construction First Group Co., Ltd.; in May, it provided multiple services for Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory, including salt tank anti-corrosion layer repair projects, air conditioning maintenance, load-related technical services, diesel generator equipment procurement and installation projects; in June, it undertook the direct-fired engine energy-saving renovation project for the Workers' Stadium; in August, it provided multi-split air conditioning installation services for the China Communication Services Building by China Communication Services Co., Ltd.; in September, it provided maintenance services for the fans of the planning and construction research building of China Aviation Development (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. and air conditioning water system installation services for Beijing Bochu Jingyuan Technology Co., Ltd.; in November, it provided high-level emergency rescue sewage well system repair and maintenance services for Beijing Wanxin Tongchuang Property Management Co., Ltd.; in December, it provided 2024-2025 air conditioning maintenance and service projects for Beijing Jingfeng Gas Power Generation Co., Ltd., undertook the warm corridor water leakage repair project for the Beijing Lodu Port Marriott Hotel Branch, provided resin tank replacement for soft water equipment, air compressor equipment procurement and ancillary pipeline installation for Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory, and its business covered important fields such as energy, hotels, research, and industry.

·    2025 年，公司开启国际化布局，业务拓展至海外市场。4 月至 7 月，与中国建筑先锋集团（菲律宾）有限公司合作，承接均胜汽车安全系统菲律宾公司厂区 2 扩建厂房项目的临水临电及 CI、开式冷却塔供货、冷水机组供货、压缩空气系统供货、风机供货等多项服务，标志着公司业务正式走向国际。

    · 同年，国内业务持续稳步推进。3 月，承接北京万科奥林项目 AB 大堂空调改造工程、927 工程 VRV 专业分包、北京按摩医院住院楼九层手术室净化工程；4 月，为北京协和药厂提供自来水管应急修缮、全自动软水器控制器及树脂采购、空调维护保养等服务，承接北京地铁机电分公司 2025 年技改技措项目（站台门专业）；5 月，承接北京住总集团有限公司朝阳区十八里店乡小武基村农民安置房项目机电专业分包，为北京协和制药二厂有限公司提供车间功能间补排风系统修缮服务；6 月，为北京协和药厂提供多联机设备供货服务；8 月，为北京协和制药二厂有限公司提供空调移机服务，持续巩固国内市场地位，实现国内外业务协同发展。

      · In 2025, the company began its international expansion, extending its business to overseas markets. From April to July, it collaborated with China Construction Pioneer Group (Philippines) Co., Ltd. to undertake the water and electricity supply, CI, open cooling towers supply, chilled water unit supply, compressed air system supply, and fan supply services for the expansion of the factory area of the KESSO Automotive Safety System Philippines Company. This marked the official entry of the company's business into the international arena. 
In the same year, the domestic business continued to advance steadily. In March, we undertook the air conditioning renovation project for the AB lobby of the Beijing Vanke Olins project, the VRV professional subcontracting for the 927 project, and the purification project for the ninth floor operating room of the Beijing Massage Hospital; in April, we provided emergency repairs for the water supply pipes of Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory, purchased the automatic soft water controller and resin, and carried out air conditioning maintenance and servicing; we also undertook the 2025 technical renovation and technical measure project (platform door specialty) for the Beijing Metro Mechanical and Electrical Branch Company; in May, we undertook the mechanical and electrical subcontracting project for the farmers' resettlement housing project in Xiaowukiji Village, Chaoyang District of Beijing by Beijing Zhongjia Group Co., Ltd., and provided the repair service for the ventilation and exhaust system of the functional rooms in the workshop of Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory No. 2; in June, we provided the supply service for the multi-split air conditioning equipment to Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory; in August, we provided the air conditioning relocation service for Beijing Xiehe Pharmaceutical Factory No. 2, continuously consolidating the domestic market position and achieving the coordinated development of domestic and overseas businesses.
